Public Relations and Media Unit - An Overview
This unit is responsible for promoting the college's activities through media channels, disseminating its news across various media outlets, organizing the reception of visiting delegations, and overseeing the logistics for organizing meetings and conferences within the college. It is linked to the Dean of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz College for Emergency Medical Services.
Objectives
- Introduce and highlight the activities of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz College for Emergency Medical Services.
- Strengthen appropriate communication channels between the college and its internal and external environment.
Tasks
- Contribute to developing a comprehensive media and public relations plan for the college.
- Assist in managing public relations teams, college events, visits from delegations, and college programs such as conferences, seminars, and activities, while enhancing and developing them.
- Coordinate the college's relations with the public both inside and outside the college.
- Participate in media coverage of the college's activities and programs in local and international media during various events.
