Student Advisory Council - An Overview
The Student Advisory Council aims to achieve effective student participation in university decision-making to develop the educational and academic process, and to gather students' perspectives on the educational, academic, extracurricular, and service activities provided to them in order to reach a knowledge-based society. The council is chaired by the Dean of the College.
Objectives
- Suggest cultural, scientific, social, and sports activities, and work on improving and enhancing their efficiency.
- Propose solutions, address issues, and focus on the educational and academic matters within the college, contributing to improving the college environment for students.
Tasks
- Present suggestions to improve the academic, educational, and service processes at the college.
- Gather students' opinions regarding the academic and extracurricular activities and services provided within the college.
- Provide advice to the Dean of the College in areas that concern students.
