Course Description
The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course is designed for healthcare professionals who direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies. The course builds on the foundation of Basic Life Support (BLS) to enhance participant skills in recognizing and managing life-threatening emergencies, team dynamics, and post-cardiac arrest care.

Course Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Recognize and manage respiratory and cardiac arrest cases with advanced interventions.
- Identify and treat peri-arrest conditions such as symptomatic bradycardia and tachycardia.
- Perform early management of acute coronary syndromes (ACS) and stroke.
- Effectively use airway management tools and techniques.
- Demonstrate proficiency in high-quality BLS, including chest compressions and ventilation.
- Demonstrate the relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants.
- Apply team dynamics principles in simulated clinical scenarios.
- Utilize effective communication and leadership skills during resuscitation efforts.
- Integrate post-cardiac arrest care to optimize patient outcomes.
