Financial Affairs Unit - An Overview

A unit under the administration of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz College for Emergency Medical Services. The unit is responsible for all financial matters within the college, coordinating with the university's financial administration to meet the college’s needs. This includes receiving advances from the Deanship and the college administration, managing permanent and temporary advances, and disbursing them as needed. The unit also handles the financial resources for consumables, and pays for maintenance and operational costs according to advance spending regulations.

Objectives

  1. Plan for the financial resources required to improve the performance of the college’s departments and units.
  2. Provide the necessary material requirements for the college.

Tasks

  1. Deposit the financial allocations received from the financial administration into the official bank account of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz College for Emergency Medical Services.
  2. Monitor the disbursement of advances for the needs of the departments and units within the college.
  3. Review and reconcile the advances issued to the college’s departments and units.
  4. Submit the documents for the amounts disbursed from the advances to the university’s financial administration to be cleared from the college’s responsibility once the allocated amount is fully spent.
  5. Supervise a regular inventory of the college’s warehouse contents.
