FIELD TRAINING UNIT
Field Training Unit - An Overview
It is one of the administrative entities in the college, organizationally linked to the Vice Deanship for Educational and Academic Affairs. The unit supervises training programs within the college, specifically related to field training. It acts as a bridge connecting the college, its academic departments, and the training institutions, with the aim of providing practical skills in emergency medical services.
Objectives
- Assist college students with all matters related to their training during this period.
- Acquire practical skills relevant to emergency medical services.
- Build a database and statistics related to the types of training within the college.
Tasks
- Supervise the training process in coordination with academic departments and training institutions.
- Update training institution information and provide them with the approved training programs.
- Conduct surveys to assess the benefits of training for students.
- Communicate with trainee students through various communication channels to strengthen their relationship with the unit and the college.
- Coordinate with supervisors at training institutions and regularly follow up on students' progress.
