Graduates Affairs Unit - An Overview

It is one of the administrative entities within the college, and it is organizationally linked to the College's Vice Deanship for Development and Quality. It is responsible for overseeing the college's graduates, maintaining their connection with the college and the university, and supporting, guiding, and directing them to achieve excellence and success in their professional lives.

Objectives

  1. Coordinate with government and private sectors to inform them about the capabilities of the college's graduates.
  2. Assist graduates in enhancing their abilities to secure suitable job opportunities.

Tasks

  1. Develop a database for graduates, including all relevant information, to support the development efforts of all academic departments in the college.
  2. Develop a database for public and private sector institutions related to the college’s graduates.
  3. Communicate with graduates through various channels to strengthen the relationship between graduates, the college, and the university, and gather feedback from graduates regarding the college’s programs.
  4. Follow up on inviting graduates to participate in college activities, support them, and organize meetings for graduates.
