Statistics and Information Unit - An Overview

It is one of the administrative entities within the college, organizationally linked to the College's Vice Deanship for Development and Quality. It is responsible for activating the measurement and statistical processes of performance levels in the college, analyzing data, and deriving results based on the college's performance to provide and document statistics and information.

Objectives

  1. Provide the necessary data and information to support planning within the college.
  2. Continuously develop tools and mechanisms for data collection, analysis, and documentation.
  3. Participate in evaluating and analyzing inputs, processes, and learning outcomes within the college according to its strategic plan.

Tasks

  1. Continuously collect information, data, and statistics about the college’s activities, categorize and classify them, and establish a mechanism for storing and retrieving them.
  2. Prepare guides, books, brochures, and reports that highlight the college’s achievements, and supervise the preparation of the college’s annual report.
  3. Participate in designing technical and graphical representations for activities contributed by the college in various events.
