Objectives

1. Provide an attractive educational environment that fosters creativity and excellence.
2. Implement academic programs and activities in the specialization according to comprehensive quality standards.
3. Develop students' talents and abilities to acquire knowledge and experience in their field of study.

Tasks

1. Supervise the implementation of regulations concerning the study and examination rules for undergraduate students.
2. Supervise the preparation of class schedules for students in academic departments and coordinate with other colleges in cooperation with the Deanship of Admissions and Registration.
3. Supervise the activities of the college’s orientation week.
4. Supervise the application of admission and transfer regulations from and to the college and between the academic departments within the college.
5. Supervise the distribution of students across the different departments of the college in coordination between departments.
6. Supervise the process of course equivalency.
7. Supervise the conduct of final exams and form committees for them in coordination with academic departments.
8. Supervise requests for postponement, exemption from studies, and processes for course withdrawal and addition in accordance with the regulations.
9. Supervise the preparation of the list of students denied from exams and submit it to the relevant authority.
10. Supervise and follow up on the work of units affiliated with the vice deanship, each within its area of specialization.
11. Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding plans and academic programs.
12. Follow up with academic departments on the development of academic plans and programs and provide recommendations.
13. Communicate with relevant university entities within the scope of responsibilities.
