It is an administrative entity affiliated with the Deanship of the College of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz for Emergency Medical Services. It is responsible for planning and leading the college's operations, achieving accreditation standards, and academic evaluation in the educational and academic process within the academic departments. It also ensures the quality management system in administrative work within the college and promotes a culture of quality among all college members according to the college's strategic goals.
Objectives
- Supervise effective quality systems to ensure quality and continuous improvement within the college.
- Develop and enhance the skills of college staff and graduates.
- Develop risk prevention strategies for all college members.
- Increase the college’s effectiveness in sustainable development and community service.
- Build an information and statistical system for the college to support planning and development activities.
Tasks
- Promote the culture of quality, institutional accreditation, and academic evaluation among the college's members.
- Plan for obtaining institutional and academic accreditation in the college.
- Supervise the implementation and monitoring of the quality system, evaluation, and academic accreditation in the college and its departments.
- Oversee the preparation and development of the college's strategic plan, and related operational and implementation plans.
- Supervise the preparation of the annual report for the college and documented reports of college information.
- Supervise the college’s website.
- Supervise development programs and processes in the college.
